It's January 2017 and our adventure has been a long time coming, although we have experimented with a few smaller trips to sort the van and tow vehicle out.  First let me introduce myself, Bev and hubbie Phil, both now grey nomads and enjoying the open road.  Just over twelve months ago we purchased a Mazda CX-5 (Zoom Zoom) and then in May we took delivery of a Jayco Penguin (Penny).  Now along with our trusty mascot Hooter (the owl) we are off to explore.  Please stay tuned as we head off in February from beautiful Lake Macquarie in NSW Australia, across the Nullabor to Perth and return.
